  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce Adjust amount for desired spice level.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Add more for an extra cheesy dip.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional) Stir in just before serving if using.

Preparation

  • In a crock pot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
  • Stir until well blended.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • If using, stir in blue cheese just before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to a month. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating. Variations include adding chopped green onions or jalapeƱos.
