Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced chicken (I use rotisserie) Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor.
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese For a lighter option, consider low-fat cream cheese.
  • 2/3 cup sour cream Can substitute Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce Adjust quantity to taste for spiciness.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use for topping and mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For a stretchy, cheesy dip.
  • 2 diced green onions Can be omitted if not preferred.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Can add fresh minced garlic for more flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl, combine and stir the diced chicken and buffalo sauce together. Set aside.
  • In a separate medium bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until fluffy.
  • Add the buffalo chicken, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Spread the mixture into a greased 9x9 baking pan and top with the remaining cheese.

Cooking
