Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef Use lean ground beef to reduce grease
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Can substitute with oats or crushed crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg Large egg
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup For topping, can drizzle extra on serving

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf that fits in your air fryer basket.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Cooking

  • Place the meatloaf in the air fryer. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, spread the ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  • Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days, or freeze for up to three months. Make sure not to overmix the meatloaf mixture to keep it tender.
