  • 1.5 pounds cooked chicken breasts, shredded (about 3 large breasts) Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounces) For a lower-calorie version, opt for reduced-fat cream cheese.
  • cup ranch dressing
  • cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Sauce Adjust to taste based on your spice preference.
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, Buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a 1.5 quart baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned and the sides are bubbling up.
  • Serve immediately with chips and/or carrots and celery.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add more cream cheese or sour cream. You can customize the dip by adding blue cheese crumbles or diced vegetables like green onions or bell peppers.
