  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it is at room temperature for easy mixing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to taste if you prefer it spicier
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divided into two parts for mixing and topping
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can be substituted with blue cheese dressing for variation

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers. Garnish with chopped green onions or extra hot sauce for added flavor. For storage, let it cool completely and store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat at 350°F until warmed through or microwave in intervals.
