Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package crescent roll dough

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until it’s browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and mix in both types of cheese until melted and combined.
  • Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll it up.
  • Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve warm with optional toppings like pickles, onions, and ketchup.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Best eaten within 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven for optimal crispiness.
