Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g beef (sliced) Make sure not to overcook the beef.
  • 200 g noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles) Both types work well.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil Drizzle over noodles at the end.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For cooking the beef.

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)

Garnish

  • 2 pieces green onions (sliced) For garnish.
  • to taste sesame seeds (optional) For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked noodles into the pan and toss everything together.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add some chili flakes or fresh chili peppers to the beef while cooking. You can also add your favorite vegetables, like bell peppers or carrots, for extra nutrition.
