  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced finely minced for even flavor dispersion
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs can substitute with crushed crackers for different texture
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) experiment with other herbs like thyme or oregano
  • 1 unit egg

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into mini loaves and place them in a greased baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and golden brown.

Serving
