Ingredients
  

Dip Base

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Consider using reduced-fat mayonnaise for a lighter version.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

Add-ins

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite) Feel free to experiment with different cheese types.
  • 1 cup chopped veggies (like bell peppers, olives, or green onions) Ensure veggies are finely chopped for even mixing.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise together. Stir well until smooth.
  • Add the ranch dressing mix to the bowl. Mix it until everything is well combined.
  • Slowly fold in the shredded cheese and chopped veggies. Make sure the veggies are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to let the flavors blend together.
  • Once chilled, give it a quick stir and serve!

Notes

This dip is best served fresh with tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh veggie sticks. To store leftovers, place the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
