Preparation

  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Divide the ground beef into six equal portions and form them into balls.

Cooking

  • Place a ball into the heated skillet and smash it down with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  • Season with salt.
  • Flip the burger and cook for another 2 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness.
  • Place the cooked burger onto a tortilla, add any desired toppings (like lettuce, cheese, or salsa), and fold the tortilla around the burger.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, mix some spices into the ground beef before forming the balls. Ensure your skillet is hot enough to get a good sear on the burgers. Don’t overcrowd the skillet; cook the burgers in batches if needed. Experiment with different toppings to find your perfect combination!
