Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 4 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples Fresh apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Adjust according to your taste.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Making the Cheesecake

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, then mix in the eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  • Let the cheesecake cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled from the refrigerator. Add extra caramel sauce on top for a sweeter touch or garnish with whipped cream.
