  • 1.5 cups crushed Nilla Wafers
  • 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder Use dark cocoa for a richer flavor.

For the filling and toppings

  • cheesecake filling Prepare according to your recipe.
  • brownie batter Prepare according to your recipe or use a store-bought mix.
  • ice cream Use your favorite flavor.
  • chocolate sauce
  • whipped cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the crushed Nilla Wafers, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • Prepare the cheesecake filling and pour it over the crust.
  • Next, prepare the brownie batter and layer it on top of the cheesecake filling.

Baking

  • Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until it is set.
  • Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate it for a while.

Serving

  • Serve chilled, cut into slices, and place a scoop of ice cream on top.
  • Drizzle with chocolate sauce, add whipped cream, and finish with a cherry on top.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. The dessert can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for two months. You can also add nuts into the brownie layer for added crunch or layer fruit like strawberries between the cheesecake and brownie layers for a fresh twist.
