Chicken Thighs and Marinade

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional) Use your choice of herbs for added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and dried herbs to create a marinade.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and have a golden-brown exterior.

Serving

  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your juicy and flavorful chicken!

Notes

These chicken thighs can be served with rice, vegetables, or in wraps and sandwiches. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
