Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken or preferred ground meat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 4 pieces burger buns

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Fully cook your ground chicken on the stove until there is no pink left in the meat.

Making the Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix together your brown sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, onion powder, pepper, garlic powder, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.

Combining Ingredients

  • Pour your Sloppy Joes sauce over your cooked ground chicken.
  • Mix everything together until the sauce covers all of your chicken.

Serving

  • Serve on warm burger buns with your favorite side items!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months. When reheating, ensure they are heated through.
