Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or other hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

For Garnish

  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Add the chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder to make the sauce.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and coat it with the creamy sauce.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety. Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha according to your taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
