Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  • Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
