Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 200 g chocolate biscuits
  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 400 g cream cheese, softened Use room temperature for better mixing.
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 g dark chocolate, melted More dark chocolate can be used for a stronger flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  • Crush the chocolate biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  • Drizzle the melted dark chocolate on top and use a knife to create a marble effect.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.

Cooling and Serving

  • Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with extra chocolate drizzle or crushed peanuts. It pairs wonderfully with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil for 4-5 days. For longer storage, freeze individual slices wrapped well.
