  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, and corn)
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup

Biscuit Topping

  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, frozen vegetables, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish.

Biscuit Mixture

  • In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a simple green salad or steamed broccoli for a complete meal. For extra flavor, consider adding herbs like thyme or rosemary to the chicken mixture.
