  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat) Choose full-fat for creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional) Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1/4 cup granola or chopped nuts (optional) Add for crunch.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, and creamy peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
  • If desired, add honey for sweetness and mix well.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins.
  • Optionally, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top for added crunch.
  • Freeze for about 2-3 hours until solid.
  • Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

These bites can be served as a snack, paired with fresh fruit for a complete treat. They can last several weeks in the freezer.
