Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs Bone-in or boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 piece egg Beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust for spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • a pinch salt

Garnishes

  • to taste Chopped green onions For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each chicken thigh in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken in the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and drizzle the sauce over the chicken.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

Notes

For different serving ideas, serve hot with steamed rice or a salad. You can also add extra sauce on the side.
