Ingredients
  

For the Salmon

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets Choose fresh wild-caught salmon for better flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust the amount according to spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For drizzling over the salmon.

For the Avocado Lime Sauce

  • 1 piece ripe avocado Must be ripe for the best flavor.
  • 1 piece lime Juiced.
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream Can substitute with mayonnaise or plant-based yogurt.
  • to taste pinch Salt To enhance flavor.
  • optional Chopped cilantro For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and salt until smooth.
  • Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and top with the creamy avocado lime sauce.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
  • Place each fillet on a plate and drizzle the avocado lime sauce on top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Avocado lime sauce is best when made fresh.
