  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste

  • Cook the steak to your desired level of doneness and let it rest before slicing.
  • Prepare roasted corn by grilling or baking until slightly charred.

Making Cilantro Cream Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the zesty sauce.

  • Slice the avocado.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge. Steak, corn, and avocado last 2-3 days; sauce may lose freshness but can be stored for a few days as well.
