Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces cooked chicken breasts (grilled, baked, or shredded rotisserie) Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat) Can be warmed in a dry pan or microwave.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 piece cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 piece carrot, julienned
  • to taste shredded cheese Optional
  • to taste avocado slices Optional
  • to taste fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, or basil) Optional
  • to taste a squeeze of lime Optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • to taste salt & pepper For seasoning.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Cook it in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thin against the grain.
  • Toss the sliced chicken with the sweet chili sauce until it is evenly coated.

Preparing the Vegetables

  • Slice the cucumber, bell pepper, and carrot into thin strips.

Assembling the Wraps

  • Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Assemble the wraps by layering chicken, veggies, and any extras you like (cheese, avocado, herbs) on each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll it tightly, and cut it in half diagonally.

Notes

Serve fresh with extra sweet chili sauce on the side for dipping, and pair with fresh fruit or a simple salad.
