  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides.

  • Add the rice and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid.
