  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divided into two portions.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese together until well combined.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of each piece of chicken.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the cream cheese mixture.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place it in the microwave or in a preheated oven until warmed through.
