Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  • Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
