  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in heavy cream, sour cream, and vanilla until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the springform pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  • Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Serving

  • Top with chocolate ganache and cherries before serving.
