Ingredients
  

For the cheesecake mixture

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened for a smoother texture.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whip until stiff peaks form.

For assembly

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced For garnishing, slices can be added on top.
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam Can substitute with other types of jam.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Assembly

  • In a 9x13 inch dish, layer a third of the graham crackers on the bottom.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Add half of the sliced strawberries on top.
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with remaining strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil for 3-4 days. You can use other fresh fruits like blueberries or raspberries for a different flavor. For extra crunch, consider adding a layer of crushed nuts between layers.
