Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is fully softened for a smooth filling.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated dough You can also use homemade dough.

Topping

  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar Sprinkle generously on top before baking.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven as directed on the package of refrigerated dough.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Roll out the refrigerated dough and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  • Roll up the dough tightly and cut into rolls.

Baking

  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake according to dough package instructions or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be enjoyed plain or with drizzled icing. Pairs well with coffee or tea. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days, or refrigerate for longer freshness. Reheat before serving.
