Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2.5 cups 2 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreos, without filling) You can use any chocolate cookie for the crust.
  • 0.5 cups ½ cup unsalted butter, melted Ensure the butter is fully melted.

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz 16 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix well and then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until it is set.

Serving

  • Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious cheesecake!

Notes

For extra flavor, add chocolate chips to the cream cheese mixture or sprinkle chopped nuts on top before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
