  • 10-12 small small flour tortillas Use flour tortillas for a softer texture.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar For the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon For flavoring the tortillas.

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 cup cream cheese Should be at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced Fresh strawberries work best.
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  • In a separate bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  • Dip the tortillas in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling into each tortilla and top with diced strawberries.
  • Fold the tortillas and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve right after making for the best taste. Dust with extra cinnamon-sugar or add more whipped cream for flair. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within a day or two for optimal texture.
