  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip You can use light whipped cream for a lighter version.
  • 1 crust graham cracker crust Consider using gluten-free options if necessary.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  • Stir in the drained crushed pineapple.

Notes
