Ingredients
  

For the marinade

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the kebabs

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb beef steak, cut into chunks
  • 1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the chicken and beef in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grilling

  • Thread marinated chicken, beef, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  • Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

These kebabs can be served with rice or a fresh salad. Drizzle extra marinade over them or add a squeeze of fresh lime for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. To reheat, warm them in a hot skillet or microwave.
