Ingredients
  

Brownie Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix Use your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg Room temperature

Cookie Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Coating

  • 1 cup chocolate coating Can use chocolate chips or melting chocolate

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions using water, vegetable oil, and egg.
  • Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Making the Cookie Dough

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until mixed well. Then fold in chocolate chips.

Assembly

  • Once brownies have cooled, use a small scoop to take out a little brownie from the center to create a well.
  • Hide cookie dough inside the brownie and then cover with more brownie batter.
  • Return the brownies to the oven for another 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.

Coating

  • Melt the chocolate coating and dip each brownie bomb into the chocolate.
  • Let the chocolate set and enjoy!

Notes

These brownie bombs are delightful served warm or at room temperature. You can also serve them with a scoop of ice cream for an extra special treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or freeze for longer storage.
