Pasta and Chicken

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cowboy butter (or regular butter) Use cowboy butter for the best flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste Taste and adjust at the end.

Vegetables and Garnish

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Substitute with diced or sun-dried tomatoes if unavailable.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving Add grated on top.

Preparation

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, melt the cowboy butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing everything together to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

For best results, use cowboy butter. Do not overcook the pasta; keep it al dente. You can add bacon or BBQ for a smoky twist.
