Cooking the Steak

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Making the Mashed Potatoes

Preparing the Asparagus

  • Steam or roast the asparagus until tender (about 5-7 minutes).

Serving

  • Slice the steak against the grain and serve with a scoop of mashed potatoes and asparagus.
  • Spoon any pan juices over the steak if desired.
