  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Cut into small, even pieces

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic recommended
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced Fresh ginger recommended
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking
  • to taste salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the ground chicken to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the broccoli and soy sauce, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Let the stir fry cool before storing in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave until hot.
