  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Cut the dough into squares, about 3×3 inches.
  • In each square, place a small amount of mozzarella, some pieces of pepperoni, and a teaspoon of pizza sauce.
  • Fold the corners of the dough together to seal the filling inside and form a ball.
  • Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving

  • Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make sure to seal the dough well to prevent any fillings from leaking out while baking. You can also experiment with different fillings like veggies, sausage, or other types of cheese if desired. For a crispier texture, bake them a little longer, but watch closely to avoid burning. To store, let cool completely, then place in an airtight container. They can be kept in the fridge for about 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
