Ingredients
  

For the tacos

  • 1 lb cooked shredded seasoned chicken breast (3-4 cups shredded chicken breast) Make sure the chicken is well-seasoned.
  • 8 oz shredded colby jack cheese You can use different types of cheese.
  • 20–24 pieces street taco corn tortillas
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Sour cream For serving.
  • Salsa For serving.
  • Fresh chopped cilantro For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the tortillas on a baking sheet.
  • Add a heaping tablespoon of the shredded chicken mixture to each tortilla.
  • Top each tortilla with a heaping tablespoon of shredded cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven until the cheese melts, around 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and carefully fold each tortilla in half, gently pressing them together to form tacos.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the corn tortillas are crispy on the outside.

Serving

  • Enjoy your Honey Garlic Chicken Breasts tacos while they are hot, with a side of sour cream and salsa to dip.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken in honey and garlic for extra flavor. To add a spicy kick, consider adding toppings like jalapeños. If you prefer more sauce, you can make extra honey garlic glaze to drizzle on top after baking.
