  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to use a different cheese if desired.
  • 12 count slider buns Make sure they are fresh for the best texture.
  • sesame seeds to taste Sesame seeds (for topping) Optional, for added crunch and flavor.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Can be adjusted based on preference.
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup Use your favorite brand.
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon diced pickles Finely chop for better mixing.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder For additional flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder For additional richness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and diced pickles to make the sauce.
  • Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Layer with cooked beef, cheese, and drizzle with sauce.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding some seasoning to the beef while cooking. You can customize with toppings like lettuce, tomato, or onions and pair them with fries or dipping sauces.
