  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other types of cheese like pepper jack.
  • 12 pieces Hawaiian slider buns Can substitute with any soft slider buns or dinner rolls.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Butter, for brushing Use melted butter for brushing on top.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and green onions until combined.
  • Slice the Hawaiian slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  • Top with the upper halves of the buns.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the buns are golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve warm with pickles, chips, or a fresh salad on the side.
  • Optionally, set up a toppings bar with extra cheese, ranch dressing, or sliced jalapeños.

Notes

To store leftover sliders, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
