  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Slice the kielbasa crosswise without cutting all the way through to create pockets.
  • In a bowl, mix the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  • Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa bites.

Baking

  • Arrange the bites in the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
