Ingredients
  

Slider Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef Use fresh ground beef for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 12 pieces slider buns Choose your preferred type of slider buns.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Can substitute with other greens.
  • 1/2 cup pickles Dill pickles recommended.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use a good melting cheese.

Special Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into slider-sized patties.

Cooking

  • Cook the patties in a skillet or on a grill until they are fully cooked through.
  • While the patties are cooking, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar in a small bowl to make the special sauce.

Assembly and Baking

  • Assemble the sliders by spreading the special sauce on the bottom half of each bun, adding a patty, and then topping with lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
  • Place the top half of the bun on each slider and arrange them in a baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven for about 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Notes

Serve warm with extra condiments like ketchup or mustard on the side. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
