Ingredients
  

For the sliders

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use warm chicken for better mixing.
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter Melted for brushing.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on the chicken mixture.
  • Melt butter and mix in garlic powder, then brush over the top of the sliders.

Baking

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

Serve warm on a plate. These go well with chips, a salad, or raw veggies. For storage, cool completely before placing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a month. Reheat at 300°F for best results.
