Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large pot over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until onion is translucent.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Cooking

  • Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.
  • Stir in heavy cream and spinach, and return the sausage to the pot.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes
