For the Steak

  • 1 lb Steak (your choice of cut) Choose a good quality steak for the best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

For the Pasta

  • 8 oz Rigatoni pasta You can use different pasta shapes if needed.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Can be substituted with half-and-half or whole milk.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded) Garnish with extra cheese as desired.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

For the Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation

  • Season the steak with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the steak to your desired doneness, then remove and let it rest.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook rigatoni according to package instructions.

Making the Sauce

  • Add heavy cream to the pan with garlic, then stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
  • Drain the rigatoni and mix it in the sauce.

Serving

  • Slice the steak and serve it over the creamy rigatoni.

Notes

Serve this dish hot, garnished with extra cheese or parsley. Pairs well with a green salad or steamed vegetables. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
