  • In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  • If using, add sesame oil and stir.
  • Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and optional vegetables.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the beef cool down to room temperature, transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to three days. Can be frozen for up to three months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
