  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste for spiciness.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce for a gluten-free option.
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Season diced chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, cook the seasoned diced chicken over medium heat until no longer pink.
  • Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender.
  • Combine the cooked chicken and vegetables with the Bang Bang sauce.

Serving

Notes
