Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the cream thickens.
  • Add the cooked linguine to the sauce, mixing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the creamy linguine topped with sliced Cajun chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

This dish is best served hot. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
