  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a Crock Pot, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts into the sauce and coat well.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  • Shred the chicken in the sauce and stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.

Serving

  • Serve the creamy chicken mixture over the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic or chopped onions to the sauce. You can substitute chicken for cheddar cheese. Adjust seasoning to taste, and feel free to add cooked bacon bits on top for crunch.
